Generally speaking, a pressure reading between 10 – 25 psi can be considered normal.
Causes of High Pool Filter Pressure
As your pool filter works and gets filled with debris, you may notice that the pressure starts to climb. You want to make sure that the pressure never gets above 10 PSI higher than the ideal amount of pressure on the pressure gauge.
