Lifeguard Staffing
Metropolitan Pools knows the secret to successfully operating any facility is to first hire quality individuals. We maintain a staff of over 400 lifeguards each year and will provide you with a certified and highly trained lifeguard staff.

- Certified Lifeguards with prior experience
- Undergo many hours of pre-season training; including classroom, hands on,
and on-site instruction
- Oversee daily operation of the pool
- Visit your facility at least 3 times per week
- Perform weekly written inspections of your property
- Conduct safety inspections of pool and pool equipment
- Check for properly functioning systems
- Notify our office when a service call is needed
- Ensure daily chemical records are accurately recorded
- Manage lifeguard staff and provides necessary training
- Communicate directly with designated property contact
- Ensure smooth operations and complete customer satisfaction
- Report daily to the Director of Management Operations
